Article 9:
In accordance with Article 16 [of this law], on the first dayfollowing the closure of candidate nomination, in the manner determined by theHigh Elections Commission, two lists shall be displayed; one for closed partylist candidates and another for the individual candidates. Both lists shallcontain the names and status of each of the candidates, and the first shouldspecify the party list to which the candidate belongs. The two lists shall bedisplayed for a period of 3 days.
Throughout the displayperiod and the day that follows, any candidate whose name is not included in aprepared list may request the committee mentioned in the article 9 bis toinclude his name in the candidate list.
Any candidate may object to the inclusion of the name of any[other] candidate or the correctness of his status [which is recorded] next tohis name in the displayed lists, throughout the period when the candidate listsare displayed.
Each party that submitted alist in an electoral district may exercise the right prescribed in the twoprevious paragraphs for its candidate named in the list-based register
