1. The Bureau of Congress (Mesa del Congreso) willexamine the documentation presented and will report about its admission in 15days time. The resolution adopted by the Bureau of Congress will be notified tothe Commission that had presented the Citizens' legislative initiative.
2. The negative decision of the Bureau of Congress can be appealed to the Constitutional Court (recurso de amparo). If theConstitutional Court decides that the citizens’ legislative initiative shouldbe admitted, then the proceeding continues in Congress.
