Article 102: Votescounting
5.. If the complaint or protest were not attended by the polling station,the voting ballots under complaints or protest are separated, annotated onthe reverse, with an indication of the qualification given by the stationand of the complaint or protest grounds, and rubricated by the president and bythe list delegate if he/she wishes to do so.
6. The unmet complaints or protests do not prevent the counting of thevoting ballot for partial counting purposes.

Article 110:Preliminary operation
1.. At the beginning of its operations, the counting assembly shalldecide about the ballots about which there have been complaints or protests, correcting,if necessary, the counting of the corresponding polling station.

Article 116. Invalidity of elections
1 - The vote at any polling station shall only be deemed null as long as some illegalities are found and these may influence the overall outcome of the election.
2 - In the case provided for in paragraph 1, the corresponding elections will be repeated in the seventh after the declaration of invalidity day.
Artigo 116?, Nulidade das elei??es
1 — A vota??o em qualquer assembleia de voto s? ser? julgada nula desde que se hajam verificado ilegalidades e estas possam influir no resultado geral da elei??o.
2 — Na hip?tese prevista no n? 1, os actos eleitorais correspondentes ser?o repetidos no s?timo dia posterior ? declara??o de nulidade.
Article 116 (see sources) stipulates the possibility of declaring anelection null in the case of proven illegalities, but without mentioning thatthose should be derived from any sort of complaint.
