Article 65(1,2,3)

65.1The Commission shall have the authority to order the suspension of activitiesthat contravene with this Proclamation during the election process, that itdetects through complaints or its own investigations;

65.2The Commission shall have the authority to suspend, cancel or declare invalidthe outcome of an election and carry out another election if it has sufficientevidence to believe that there have occurred fraudulent activities that couldchange the election outcome;

65.3To effectively discharge of the authority, bestowed on it by this article, theCommission shall have the power to summon any person who possesses evidence, orto call responsible individuals or government departments to present anydocument or evidence that it deems necessary;
