Artículo ciento trece
Concluido el per?odoprobatorio, en su caso, la Sala, sin m?s tr?mite, dictar? Sentencia en el plazode cuatro d?as.
2. La Sentencia habr? depronunciar alguno de los fallos siguientes:
(…)
c) Nulidad de acuerdo deproclamaci?n de uno o varios electos y proclamaci?n como tal de aqu?l oaqu?llos a quienes corresponda.
d) Nulidad de la elecci?ncelebrada en aquella o aquellas Mesas que resulten afectadas porirregularidades invalidantes y necesidad de efectuar nueva convocatoria en lasmismas, que podr? limitarse al acto de la votaci?n, o de proceder a una nuevaelecci?n cuando se trate del Presidente de una Corporaci?n Local, en todo casoen el plazo de tres meses a partir de la sentencia. No obstante, la invalidezde la votaci?n en una o varias Mesas o en una o varias Secciones no comportar?nueva convocatoria electoral en las mismas cuando su resultado no altere laatribuci?n de esca?os en la circunscripci?n.
Article 113
1. Once the probationary period is concluded, if applicable, theSection, without any further formality, shall issue a judgment within fourdays.
2. The judgement shall pronounce any of the following aspects:
(…)
c) The annulment of the proclamation act of one or more of the electedand the proclamation of those who correspond.
d) The annulment of the election held in the electoral board orelectoral boards affected by annuling irregularities and the need to call for anew electoral procedure at those electoral boards, which can be limited to theact of voting, or to a new election in the case of the President of a localcorporation, in any case within three months from the judgement date. However,the annulment of voting in one or more electoral boards or in one or moresections will not involve a newelection when the result does not change the allocation of seats in theconstituency.
