Relief which may be claimed
94. All or any of the followingreliefs to which the applicant may be entitled may be claimed in an applicationunder section 90:
(a) a declaration that the election is void;
(b) a declaration that the return of the person elected was undue;
(c) a declaration that any candidate was duly elected and ought to havebeen returned;
(d) where the seat is claimed for an unsuccessful candidate on the groundthat he or the group of candidates to which he belongs had a majority of lawfulvotes, a scrutiny.
