Article 56. 3. In case of establishment ofconformity of documents of Central Election Commission with requirements ofElectoral Code the Plenum of Constitutional Court shall adopt the decision onapproval of results of election of the President of Azerbaijan Republic.
4. In case of revelation of facts providedfor by Electoral Code the Plenum of Constitutional Court shall adopt thedecision on recognition of the results of elections as a null and void.
