Who may file a complaint?

Article 11. “[…] 2) No later than 20days before the election date,the candidate, political parties, political alliances, and citizens maycontest the registration of – or the failure to register – the candidacy. Thepetition shall be submitted to the Central Election Bureau, which shall send itto the Constitutional Court, for solution, together with the candidacy file,within 24 hours […]”
