Article (64):

(a) Every eligible voter shall have the right to protest againstthe nomination of any presidential candidate if such nomination is in violationof the provisions of Article (107) of the Constitution. Candidates whoseapplications are rejected, shall have the right to submit grievance to thiseffect within (3) days following the announcement of presidential candidates.Protests and grievances may be submitted to the joint Presidiums of theParliament and the Consultative Council.   
(b) The joint Presidiums shall review all contests and grievances and shalldecide on them immediately one day following the closing deadline for suchcomplaints. 

(c) Decisions taken by thejoint Presidiums may be disputed at the Supreme Court with constitutionaljurisdiction. The Court shall decide on these cases within (5) days followingthe joint Presidiums’ rulings.
