Who may file a complaint?

Part X, Article 60(2) of the parliamentaryElections Act of 2005.

Date of commencement: 21/11/2005

(2) An election petitionmay be filed by any of the following persons—

                (a) a candidate who loses anelection; or

                (b) a registered voter in theconstituency concerned supported by the     signatures of not less than five hundred voters registered in theconstituency in a manner prescribed by regulations.
