“It is possible to argue that the procedure is not very restrictive. For example, an initiative does not have to be formally registered with state or local authorities, and neither the law on petitions nor the law on referendums establishes precise conditions about the process of collecting signatures.Formally, the process starts with the establishment of a petition committee; at least one of the members has to be older than 18.” (p. 157)

(1) Na zostavenie pet?cie,obstaranie podpisov pod ňu a doručenie pet?cie org?nu verejnej spr?vy m?žuosoby pod?vaj?ce pet?ciu vytvoriť petičn? v?bor.

(2) Petičn? v?bor nie jepr?vnickou osobou.

(3) Členovia petičn?ho v?borus? povinn? určiť osobu, ktor? dovŕšila vek 18 rokov, na ich zastupovanie vstyku s org?nom verejnej spr?vy.

(4) Ak nie je vytvoren?petičn? v?bor, mus? sa v pet?cii určiť osoba, ktor? dovŕšila vek 18 rokov, nastyk s org?nom verejnej spr?vy.

Citizens' initiative & Agenda initiative - Any number of citizens, with at least one representative over age of 18. The answerindicated here refers to the establishment of a petition committee, asinitiatives do not have to be formally registered with government authorities.
