Art. 48(2):

(2) Anychallenges in respect of the regularity of one of the elections  provided for in the preceding paragraph (presidential elections, parliamentaryelections and referenda) may be brought before the  Constitutional Council by any candidate,political party that  participated in theelection in the constituency concerned or any person acting as Government agentat the election.

Law No. 2012/001 of 19 April relating to theElectoral Code

Art. 132(2):

The Constitutional Council shall rule on all petitionsfiled by any candidate, any political party which took part in the election orany person serving as a representative of the Administration for the election, requestingthe total or partial cancellation of election operations.

Art. 168 (2): Electoral disputes and organization of anew election, as the case may be, shall be carried out in pursuance of theprovisions of Sections 132 to 136 of this law.
