Article77. 5. If the Constitutional Court of the Republic ofLithuania makes a conclusion that the Central Electoral Commission has severelyviolated the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Presidential Elections or hasfalsified election documents, and this has had an essential influence on theestablishment of the presidential election results, the Seimas of the Republicof Lithuania may pass one of the following resolutions:

1) to declare the presidential electionresults invalid - when, from the vote calculation records, it is impossible toestablish real election results; or

2) to establish real final presidentialelection results according to the vote calculation records confirmed byelectoral committees, provided that the decisions of the electoral committeesconcerning confirmation of these records have not been appealed against in theSupreme Administrative Court of Lithuania, and the Supreme Administrative Courtof Lithuania has not reversed the decisions of the electoral committeesconcerning confirmation or non-confirmation of these records.
