Article114. Initiative Group for Holding the Republican Referendum

The documents pertaining to theholding of the republican referendum, submitted by the initiative group, andthe question (draft decision) offered for the referendum shall be submitted bythe Central Commission for consideration and conclusion to  the  Ministry  of Justice  and  the Office  of  the Prosecutor  General  of the  Republic  of Belarus,  which  shall verify  the compliance of thequestion (draft decision) with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus andobservance of the procedure of formation of the initiative group.
