Non-parliamentary parties receive 2.5 Euro for each vote won. For parliamentary parties, the total funding (4.6 Euro per eligible voter) is divided proportionally by votes won after deduction of 218,000 Euro for each party with at least five parliamentary seats. 218,000 Euro is given equally to each party with at least five parliamentary seats as a flat rate contribution.
