Who may file a complaint?

Law No. 2012/001 of 19 April relating to theElectoral Code

Art.129: Objections or petitions relating to the rejection or acceptance ofcandidates, as well as those relating to the colour, initials or emblem adoptedby a candidate may be brought before the Constitutional Council by anycandidate or political party taking part in the election or any person servingas a Government representative in the said election, within a maximum period of2 (two) days following the publication of the list of

candidates.
