First Schedule
Section 14:
“(1) Except for the purpose of delivering a nomination paper or ofassisting the returning officer and subject to subrule (3), no person shall beentitled to attend the proceedings during the time for the delivery ofnomination papers or objecting to thenomination unless he is a person standing nominated as a candidate or is aproposer or seconder or such other person assenting to the nomination.
(2) Any elector in theConstituency shall have the right to inspect, and to object to the validity ofany nomination paper.”
