Article 11.Collection of Citizens’ Signatures

4.A citizen who has the right to votemay sign every such petition. The number of citizen signatures shall beunlimited, however, it must not be under 300 thousand. A citizen shall enterhis own data and affix his own signature. Should a citizen be incapable toenter his own data and sign this petition himself owing to physicalshortcomings, another citizen may sign it upon his request. A correspondingentry on the citizen signature collection blank that is confirmed by thesignature of the citizen, who has collected the signatures of citizens, mustmark the fact of such a signature.

Article 9

1. 50 tūkstančių Lietuvos Respublikos piliečių, turinčiųrinkimų teisę, parašams dėl iniciatyvos projekto surinkti nustatomas dviejųmėnesių terminas nuo piliečių parašų rinkimo lapų išdavimo.

2. Ne mažiau kaip 300tūkstančių rinkėjų parašams dėl pateikimo Seimui sumanymo keisti ar papildytiLietuvos Respublikos Konstituciją surinkti nustatomas keturių mėnesių terminasnuo piliečių parašų rinkimo lapų išdavimo.
