Constituciσn1967 con las modificaciones plebiscitadas el 26 de noviembre de 1989, el 26 denoviembre de 1994, el 8 de diciembre de 1996 y el 31 de octubre de 2004

Art. 327:

“La CorteElectoral podra anular total o parcialmente las elecciones, requiriιndosepara ello el voto conforme de seis de sus miembros, de los cuales tres, por lomenos, deberαn ser de los miembros elegidos por dos tercios de votos de la AsambleaGeneral.

En tal caso deber?convocar a una nueva elecci?n -total o parcial- la que se efectuar? elsegundo domingo siguiente a la fecha del pronunciamiento de nulidad.”

The Electoral Court can proclaim the total or partialannulment of the election. In such case, it shall call for the election to berepeated.
