The Central Election Commissionof BiH shall annulelections in an electoral unit or at an individual Polling Stationshould it establish that irregularities occurred, during the voting or countingof ballots, which may affect the election results.”

(…)
(6) The Central Election Commission of BiHshall order a recount ifit is established that this law was violated and the violation affectedthe allocation of mandates.
