13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

The ban also covers contributions from public entities or enterprises; contributions or donations from public employees or officials who work at centralized or decentralized institutions of the public administration, without their authorization; contributions of Executives, Board Members and Partners of Mercantile enterprises associated with ilegal activities.
