13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

Donations in support of political parties shall be prohibited if they are made by:

• the bodies of state and local self-governance bodies;
• unregistered civil society organizations, charitable and religious associations (organizations);
• other political parties;
• natural and legal persons who have tax debts;
