Article 112 In instituting an election petition, apetitioner may claim all or any of the following reliefs to which he may beentitled, namely-
(a)a declaration that the election is void;
(b) a declaration that the nomination of the personelected was invalid
(c) a declaration that any other candidate was elected
(d)where the seat is claimed for an unsuccessfulcandidate on the ground that he had a majority of lawful votes,a scrutiny
