Section 6 – Thecontents of a statement of support

A statement of support must include:

1)     the title and dateof the citizens' initiative;

2)     the complete name, date of birth and municipality ofresidence of the signatory;

3)     an affirmation bythe signatory that he or she is a Finnish citizen entitled to vote and that heor she has submitted only one statement of support for the same initiative;

4)     the date of thestatement of support.
