13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

(2) The parties are not authorized to accept donations:
1) Donations from public bodies, parliamentary groups and groups as well as groups and groups from local representations;
2) Donations from political foundations, corporations, associations of persons and assets which, according to the articles of association, the foundation's business or other constitution and according to the actual management, serve exclusively and directly for charitable, benevolent or church purposes (sections 51 to 68 of the Tax Code);[…]
4) Donations from professional associations that have been directed to pass them on to a political party;[…]
