What remedies are available in the first instance?

?        Article113.

 (1) Subject to section 14(2)(i) of this Act,the Commission may request the Court for a re-conduct ofpolls in centers cancelled due to electoral irregularities, where the votescancelled are sufficient to alter the final results of that election.

(2) The Courtshall on the basis of the evidence provided by the Commission, expeditiouslyissue an order to re-conduct the poll.

?        Article 116

 Anyperson aggrieved by a decision of the Commission to invalidate an election maysubmit an appeal to the Court within seven days from the date of receiving thedecision.
