BERMUDA CONSTITUTION ORDER 1968

Section 33:

“(1) TheSupreme Court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any questionwhether:

(b) anyperson has been validly elected as a member of the House of Assembly;

(2) Anapplication to the Supreme Court for the determination of

(b) anyquestion under paragraph (b) of that subsection may be made by any person registered as such an elector inthe constituency in which the election to which the application relates washeld or by any person who was a candidate in that constituency at that electionor by the Attorney-General;”
