When the ConstitutionalCourt ascertains that the participants in the elections act contrary to theConstitution and the law, it shallinform the public over the media, if needed warn the competent bodies, and in case ofviolation which influenced or might have influenced the results of theelections, shall annul all or separate electoral activities and decisions,which preceded such violation.
