Art. 271:
“Al quedar ejecutoriada la resoluci?n que declare la nulidad de una elecci?n, sepublicar? en el Diario Oficial y el Tribunal convocar?, en su caso, a nueva elecci?n, la cual deber? celebrarsea m?s tardar treinta d?as despu?s de la fecha en que se declare ejecutoriadadicha resoluci?n.”

If the election is annulled, the decision of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal shall be published at the Official Journal and the electoral process shall be repeated within a period not exceeding 30 days.
