13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

Article 94 of the Law states that financing of election campaigns by public law associations, public institutes, public companies, local governments and their
agencies, as public interest associations and corporate entities is prohibited. In a similar manner, Article 6 of the Lei states that the Political Parties or Coalition of Parties may not receive, at any time, title, contributions of pecuniary and economic value by, among others a) autonomous bodies of the State; b) Local State bodies; c) associations of public law, public institutes and legal persons of administrative public utility.
