Article 249 (3) Law No 8/2013 onLegislative Election

(3)   Reports of election violations asreferred to in paragraph (1) can be given by:

a.   Indonesia Citizens who have therights to vote;

b.   Election observers; or

c.   Election contestants.

Article 249

(1) Bawaslu, ProvincialBawaslu, Regency/Municipal Panwaslu, District/Kecamatan Panwaslu, FieldElection Supervisor and Overseas Election Supervisor shall receive reports onelection violations at each stage of election implementation.
