92.Election petitions - (1) Where any candidate or five electors aredissatisfied with the result of any election held in the constituency for whichthat candidate is nominated, or in which those electors are registered, theymay, within seven days after the declaration of the results of the poll by theChief Electoral Officer by petition filed in the Court demand an inquiry intothe conduct of the election or any candidate or other person thereat.
