Article 62. The initiative board shall be obliged to display copy of the proposal for which the signatures are collected at the locations where signatures are collected.
Collecting of signatures must not significantly interfere with the regular use of the locations were signatures are collected, or violate rules of public order.
If the process of collecting signatures significantly interferes with the regular use of such locations or violates rules of public order, the competent organizational unit of the Ministry in charge of internal affairs may prohibit the further collection of signatures at such locations.
Signatures may also be given electronically, in accordance with the regulation governing electronic people’s initiative.
For the purposes of carrying out a people’s initiative, the internet address on the e-Government portal shall be registered as the place for collecting the signatures referred to in paragraph 4 of this Article.
