Quote:

'56.2 During the electoral process, including the voter registrationprocess, an accreditedobserver may submit a complaint of any violation of applicable Rules,Administrative Directions, Electoral Rules, or Administrative Procedure to theCEC in accordance with its procedures.'

'102.1 Any member of the Polling Station Committee who objectsto the recorded results at a Polling Station may record his or her dissentingopinion in the Polling Station Poll Book and may submit a complaint to the ECAPin accordance with this Law.”

'106.2 Prior to certification of the electionresults, the CEC may ordera recount of ballots in any polling station, or counting centre, or a repeat ofthe voting in a polling centre or municipality.'

'119.1 A person who has a legal interest in a matterwithin the jurisdiction of ECAP, or whose rights concerning the electoralprocess as established by this law or electoral rule have been violated, maysubmit a complaint to the ECAP (…).'

'122.1 A natural or legal person whose legal rights have beenaffected by any of the following decisions of the CEC may appeal thatdecision to the ECAP (…)”
