What remedies are available in the first instance?

Art. LO. 191: The Constitutional Council shalladjudicate the petition within five (05) days. Its decision may eithervalidate or cancel the election.

In case of cancellation, there shall be a new electionwithin twenty-one (21) days.

(? Le ConseilConstitutionnel statue sur la requ?te dans les cinq (05) jours qui suivent sond?p?t. Son arr?t emporte proclamation d?finitive ou annulation del’?lection. 

En cas d’annulation, ilest proc?d? ? un nouveau scrutin dans les vingt et un (21) jours qui suivent.?)
