Article 116. Nullityof elections

1. The votingat any polling station shall be held null only when illegalities thathave taken place might have influenced the general result of theelection.

2. In the event foreseen in the number 1, the corresponding electoralacts shall be repeated in the seventh day after the nullity decision.
