Art.160

Shall be punished with fiveto ten years
imprisonment and a fine of 2,000,000 Ar to 20 million Ar without prejudice
the application of more severe penalties provided by law.

Art.162

Shall be deprived of his/her civil rights and declared
unable to hold any public office or prohibited from exercising any publicoffice
elected for a period between five to ten years.
