Article 37. 1. A political party,election coalition or person who finds that the rights thereof have beenviolated by a decision or act of an electoral committee may submit a request tothe Supreme Court to repeal the decision of the electoral committee or declarethe act of the electoral committee unlawful or to declare the voting results inthe polling division, the electoral district, the rural municipality, the city,the county and the state invalid.
