Article 11.Collection of Citizens’ Signatures
9. Citizens’ signatures may be collected in public places and in residences.It shall be prohibited to compensate for citizen’s signatures.
“The minimum number ofpeople in an initiative group is only ten persons. All signatures need to becollected within two months in the case of a draft law proposal, and withinfour months in constitutional proposals. […] Signatures can be gathered freelyin any location.” (p. 139)
