Members of the list that received foreign fundingshall lose their membership in the Assembly of Representatives of the People. Apresidential candidate who received foreign funding shall be punished byimprisonment for five years.
Members of lists or candidates who are convicted ofreceiving foreign funding for their electoral campaigns may not run for thefollowing legislative and presidential elections.
