Article 100. Consideration by theConstitutional Council of the issue of correctness of holding elections ofdeputies of the Mazhilis

3. In case of a recognition by the Constitutional Council of non-compliance ofthe elections of deputies of Mazhilis under party lists to the Constitution interritories of those administrative and territorial units where Constitutioninfringements have been established, the Central Election Commission makes the decision on arecognition of the elections null and void in territory of these administrativeand territorial units and on the conduction of repeated voting. 
4. In case of a recognition by the Constitutional Council of non-compliance ofthe elections of deputies of the Mazhilis elected by the Assembly of the Peopleof Kazakhstan to the Constitution the Central Election Commission makes thedecision on recognition of these elections null and void and on the conductionof repeated elections of deputies of the Mazhilis elected by the Assembly ofthe People of Kazakhstan.
