Article 46. (1)In the adjudication of cases, the Supreme Court may:
1) repeal a decision of anelectoral committee, declare a measure taken by an electoral committee unlawfuland require that the electoral committee make a new decision or take a newmeasure; 2) to dismiss the complaint or protest.
(2) The Supreme Court may declare the voting results in a pollingdivision, electoral district, rural municipality, city, county, state or in theelection of the President of the Republic or the Board of the Riigikogu invalidor declare the electronic voting results invalid in full or in part if theviolation of law affected or may have affected the voting results to asignificant extent.
