Article 10.Registration of the Initiative Group of Citizens

1. The citizensshall implement the citizens’ right to call a referendum directly. 1. Dėl parengiamųjų veiksmų, susijusių supiliečių įstatymo projekto teikimu Seimui ar sumanymu keisti LietuvosRespublikos Konstituciją, sudaroma iniciatyvinė grupė iš ne mažiau kaip 10 rinkimų teisę turinčių asmenų.
