13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

Benevolent and religious organisations, and political parties other than members of the same election block are not allowet to make contributions to political parties. Only natural persons are allowed to make contributions to election campaigns.
The electoral fund of a party shall be formed from the party's own resources, as well as voluntary donations from natural persons.The electoral fund of an MP candidate in a single-mandate election district shall be formed from his or her own resources, as well as voluntary donations from natural persons (hereinafter, "voluntary donations").'
Financing political parties shall be prohibited ... (4) on the part of benevolent and religious associations and organisations; (5) on the part of anonymous persons or persons using pseudonyms; (6) on the part of political parties other than members of the election bloc....'
