63(4) After dueinquiry the court hearing an election petition may—
(a) dismiss the petition; or
(b) declare that a candidateother than the candidate declared elected was validly elected; or
(c) set aside the electionand order a new election.
(5) The High Courtbefore coming to a decision under subsection (4), may order a recount of thevotes cast.
