(2) Within 15 days of signature collectingsheets submission, the Central Election Commission shall check authenticity ofthe signatures (all of them or at random) on the submitted sheets. Signaturesby persons who have signed twice or more times shall be excluded. Signaturecollecting sheets found in breach of Article 156, par. (1) thereof shall beconsidered null and void.. Uponverification of signature collecting sheets, the CEC shall draw up a protocoland adopt a decision on initiating the referendum.
