Who may file a complaint?

?        Article 94

(1)  Any person or political organization denied ofregistration for candidature shall have the right to lodge a complaint to theConstituency Grievance Hearing Committee and get a decision.

(2)   Any individualor political organization that objects to the registration of a candidate shallhave the right to lodge a complaint to the Constituency Grievance GearingCommittee and seek a decision.
