Article 158. 9. Intentional providing of false information to the Authority ofState Register of Voters, –

shall be punishable bya fine of fifty to two hundred tax-free minimum incomes.

 

 

Article 158. 10. The action provided for in paragraph 9 of this articlecommitted by official using official position, as well as order of inclusion offalse information to database of the State Voter Register, issued by anofficial of the Authority of the State Register of voters, –

 

shall be punishable by a fine of four hundred up to seven hundredtax-free minimum incomes or restraint of liberty for up to five years, orimprisonment up to three years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certainpositions or engage in certain activities for a term of one to three years.

 

 

Article 158. 11. Intentional insertion of untruthful information to thedatabase of the state register of voters, unauthorized actions with theinformation contained in the database of the state register of voters or otherunauthorized interference in the work of the state register of voters committedby a person who is entitled to access the information, or any other personthrough unauthorized access to database of the state register of voters, –

 

shall be punishable by a fine of six hundred to one thousandtax-free minimum incomes, or restraint of liberty for a term of two to fiveyears, or imprisonment up to three years, with deprivation of the right tooccupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of one tothree years and with seizure software and hardware, with which was committed anunauthorized interference, which are the property of the guilty person.
