Article 10.Registration of the Initiative Group of Citizens

5.The Central Electoral Committee must, no later than within five business daysof the registration of the group, issue it blanks for collecting the signaturesof citizens.

Article 11.Collection of Citizens’ Signatures

5.A three-month time limitshall be established in order to implement the provisions of the right of thecitizens’ initiative to call a referendum. It shall be calculated from the dayof issuing the citizen signature sheets at the Central Electoral Committee.

Article 9

1. 50 tūkstančių Lietuvos Respublikos piliečių, turinčiųrinkimų teisę, parašams dėl iniciatyvos projekto surinkti nustatomas dviejų mėnesių terminasnuo piliečių parašų rinkimo lapų išdavimo.

2. Ne mažiau kaip 300 tūkstančių rinkėjų parašams dėlpateikimo Seimui sumanymo keisti ar papildyti Lietuvos Respublikos Konstitucijąsurinkti nustatomas keturiųmėnesių terminas nuo piliečių parašų rinkimo lapų išdavimo.
