Article 611. '(a) Criminal penalties. Any person whoknowingly or willfully violates any provisions of this chapter is guilty of amisdemeanor. In addition to other penalties provided by law, a fine up to$10,000 shall be imposed for each violation. For violations of the reportingrequirements, a fine up to three times the amount the person failed to reportproperly may be imposed for conviction of each violation. [...]
